Hendersonville, Tn  - H'ville heads north of the border for a 3 games series vs Quebec Les Capitales.  H'ville is 8-2 in their last 10 and are on a 3 game winning streak as they took 3 of 4 from Jacksonville.  Quebec is red hot as they are coming off a 4-game sweep over NY and are riding a 6-game winning streak and are 7-3 in last 10 games.

Game 1 Recap:  Scott Hill racks up his 5th win of the season going 6.0 innings, 3 ER, 9 Ks, 0 BB and a season high 12 hits.  LF Tomás Hernández goes 2-5, 3 RBI, 2 Runs and had his first multi-HR game of his career as he hit his 4th and 5th HR of the season to power the Hitmen past Quebec.  DH Manny Copriviza hit his 5th HR in 8 games while CL Martin "Cabfare" Griffin got his 10th save of the season.

Game 2 Recap: The Hitmen's offense had a great day as they banged out 8 Runs, 17 hits, 8 BB and 3 SBs.  RF John Prowse lead the charge going 4-5, 2x 2B, 2 R, 2 RBI's and a SB.  SP Art Ellis pitched 7.0 shutout innings, 9 Ks, 1 BB and 3 H for his 3rd win.

Game 3 Recap: Game 3 featured a matchup of former players as Mal Windham goes up against Carlos Arévalo.  Quebec welcomes back Windham who lost 23 games last year for the Les Capitales while Arevalo won 33 games in 2 years for H'ville.  Windham won the head-2-head as the Hitmen jumped all over Arevalo hitting 2 HRs and scoring 5 runs in 2.2 innings.  DH Manny Copriviza goes 1-4, 3 RBI, 2 R, BB and hit his 9th HR of the year and his 6th HR in 8 games. 



Series MVP: RF John Prowse hits .455 (5-11), HR (2), 2 2B, 4 RBI, 3 R, 4 BB, 3 SB


Injury: C Francisco Díaz was injured while running the bases (bruised knee), day-to-day for 3 days.
